工作职责


1. 优化Leads全生命周期管理体系:从Leads生成、分级、分发、跟进、流转到转化,设计端到端运营流程,确保各环节高效衔接、闭环可追踪。
2. 推动Leads统一池建设与智能分发机制落地:协同产品、数据、销售及市场团队,建立跨来源Leads的标准化接入、去重、打标与动态分配规则,重点支持MaaS等高价值业务线的精准匹配。
3. 搭建全链路转化漏斗与效能分析体系:建立监控关键指标(如MQL→SQL转化率、首次响应时长、Leads存活周期、渠道ROI等),定期输出洞察并驱动流程优化。
4. 联动市场、销售与解决方案团队:推动Leads质量反馈闭环,反哺市场投放策略与内容优化,提升前端Leads精准度。
5. 探索AI/大模型在Leads运营中的应用:如智能评分、意图识别、自动分配建议等,提升运营自动化与智能化水平。

核心能力:
