任职要求 必备能力 ● 解决方案架构设计能力：具备体系化的解决方案架构设计思维，能针对具体的数据架构场景（如实时数仓、AI-Ready 数据底座、混合检索平台等）独立完成端到端架构设计，涵盖逻辑架构与关键组件设计、组件的技术选型对比，以及稳定性、可靠性、成本、可扩展性等非功能性维度（卓越架构）的评估与权衡。 ● 本科及以上学历，5 年以上数据相关系统经验，且有独立主导端到端数据方案设计（而非仅参与单点开发或平台运维）的经历 ● 熟悉数据处理和分析的全链路流程，具备以下能力中的至少两项深度经验： ○ OLAP/数仓引擎：深度使用或调优 ClickHouse、Doris/SelectDB、AnalyticDB、Hologres 等主流引擎 ○ 数据库架构：分布式数据库设计、高可用架构、数据迁移与容灾方案 ○ 实时数据处理：Flink/Spark Streaming 等流计算引擎的架构设计与调优 ○ 数据湖架构：Iceberg/Hudi/Delta La…
