任职要求 1. 核心能力 a. 行业沟通能力：2年以上大客户对接经验，能与客户总监/经理及以上级别有效沟通，清晰传递技术价值与商业逻辑。 b. 产品与商业思维：具备优秀的产品洞察力，能从复杂需求中提炼逻辑架构；有成功将技术Demo转化为商业化产品的经历，促进产品改进。 c. AI工程能力：熟练Python，掌握分布式系统与向量数据库原理；熟练使用AI编程工具，擅长需求解析、Prompt工程、熟悉代码生成与工作流优化。 2.
