任职要求 1. 计算机相关方向，基础理论扎实，如高等数学，数据结构，算法，操作系统，软件工程，体系结构，编译原理等。ACM等计算机相关竞赛获奖者优先考虑。 2. 有专注 Agent 平台 或者 Agent Infra 某个方向经验，如Agent开发框架和组件（Langchain / ADK / AgentScope / Dify等），通用Agent（Claude Code / OpenClaw / Hermes Agent / Qwenpaw等)，以及有构建 AgentCore、Agent 平台 大型Agent平台项目经验的优先考虑； 3. 熟练掌握 Java、Python 或者 Golang 编程语言及其技术栈。具备良好的软件工程研发素质、极限编程以及敏捷开发经验者优先。 4. 熟悉 AI Agent、Skills、MCP、A2A、Memory 相关领域知识，有实际AI Agent开发、评估、调优、强化学习等经验的优先考虑。 5. 在国际会议、期刊上有高水平论文发表或者在知名开源社区有重要贡献者优先考虑，熟悉或参与开源 Langchain、Higress、AgentScope、Nacos…
