任职要求
1、5年以上分布式存储系统或并行文件系统架构和研发经验。有丰富的系统设计和架构经验，能够设计高性能、高可用的存储架构方案。 2、深入理解并行文件系统的工作原理和架构，熟悉常见的并行文件系统（如Lustre、GPFS、GlusterFS等），掌握存储存储协议（如NFS、SMB、iSCSI等）。 3、熟练掌握C/C++、Python或其他编程语言。熟悉Linux操作系统，具备较强的系统调优能力。 4、良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与跨部门团队有效合作。强烈的责任心和团队合作精神。
工作职责
1、负责并行文件系统的架构设计，设计并实现高性能、可扩展的并行文件系统架构。参与关键模块的研发，主导高效的目录树架构和数据路径性能可扩展架构。 2、负责稳定性架构，系统在高性能的同时，具备面向失败的设计，建设稳定性工程能力，构建可观测系统，夯实稳定安全能力。
