任职要求
1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least five years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
2. Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities. Clear thinking with strong logic, capable of independently resolving complex problems, self-driven, and resilient under pressure. Able to facilitate efficient collaboration across teams.
3. Results-Oriented and Continuous Learning: Strong focus on outcomes and a keen willingness to learn, able to analyze deeply, swiftly identify risks in varying scenarios, and develop systems and processes accordingly.
4. Expertise in Employee Relations: Comprehensive professional knowledge and hands-on experience in employee relations management. Prior experience supporting international markets is preferred.
5. Interpersonal Skills and PR Awareness: Possessing charisma, public relations acumen, and a strong sense of crisis event risk management. Prior experience in communication strategies and brand establishment is advantageous.
6. Language proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required as the role will need to work with relevant parties and stakeholders in HQ China.

Policy Research and Compliance Management: Conduct in-depth research on overseas employment policies and ensure compliance, assisting overseas entities/businesses in devising localized employment strategies and implementing systematic, compliant workforce management practices. 2. HR Consultancy and Communication Support: Provide daily consultancy to HRGs on employee relations matters, offering solutions and facilitating communications to address various issues effectively. 3. Implementation of HR Compliance Audits: Lead HR compliance audits, promptly identifying potential risk points in employment practices. Continuously refine and enhance the existing employee relations management system, policies, and processes. 4. Knowledge Sharing and Policy Adaptation: Document best practices and closely monitor developments in employee relations regulations within designated regions, ensuring organizational policies align with local requirements. 5. Emergency Response and Crisis Management: Establish global emergency response systems and procedures, manage crisis incidents, and follow up on risk events to optimize and improve response mechanisms and processes.

Mission Execution of complex value-oriented expert services for customers defined in the global product catalogue in accordance with company methods, regulations and guidelines. You’ll make an impact by • Deliver standard accounting services by processing Closing & Reporting service daily tasks and solve C&R related issues in compliance with ISA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines. • Perform month end closing and management reporting in time and in quality. Provide expertise to customers to implement CF reporting requirement and local reporting requirements. • Communication with headquarters, Support customers and internal/external partners on a professional level: To advice customer regarding service-related topics in the languages of customers and help customer to find the solution. To discuss, share or explain the specific information to internal/external contacts, including Controller/Commercial of OC/BU, GL accountant of OC/BU, Corp Finance / Group Accounting, IT, Internal/external Auditor etc. • Provide project support, e.g., Automation and optimization Project. • Work with other functions to resolve issues in a timely manner • Any other ad hoc assignment as required, e.g., Conduct training courses to internal/ external party. • Experience with international projects or lean projects is perferred.
