The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver who excels at crafting compelling narratives that elevate brand visibility and engagement. They will possess a deep understanding of the consumer tech and consumer product landscape and demonstrate the ability to execute PR campaigns that drive meaningful results. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing long-term brand goals with immediate opportunities to capture public attention while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategy. Location: Onsite at our Bellevue, WA office location Key Responsibilities: - Media Coverage: Help secure top-tier consumer tech, vertical, and lifestyle media coverage for our products. - Event Management: Help manage and execute major consumer events, media tours, and product launches. - Strategic Planning: Develop insight-driven media lists, research, and analysis to guide launch strategies, including measurable objectives. - Relationship Building: Build and manage relationships with reporters at the national and regional levels. - Media Outreach: Conduct strategic and thorough media outreach to land reviews, feature stories, and round-ups. - Industry Expertise: Monitor the news daily for any relevant stories, becoming an "expert" in your respective field/industry. - Short and Long-Term Strategies: Develop short-term wins that drive awareness and sales, as well as long-term PR strategies to grow our brand with key demographic groups. - Collaboration: Maintain strong coordination and partnership with our PR teams in the US, Europe, and China, as well as with brand leadership. - CSR Initiatives: Drive event planning and press material development supporting Anker Innovations' "ReCharge the Future" ESG/CSR global initiative. - Product Access: Enjoy access to many industry-leading gadgets and cool products.
- PR Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive PR strategy tailored to the European market, aligning with brand goals and regional nuances. - Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists across Europe to secure positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities. - Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns, including product launches, press releases, and media events, to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Metric-Driven Goals: Set clear, measurable PR objectives and track progress to ensure campaigns deliver tangible results. - Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage any potential PR crises with professionalism and agility. - Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze PR performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies.
Responsibility - PR Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive PR strategy tailored to the APAC market, aligning with brand goals and regional nuances. - Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists across APAC to secure positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities. - Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns, including product launches, press releases, and media events, to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Metric-Driven Goals: Set clear, measurable PR objectives and track progress to ensure campaigns deliver tangible results. - Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage any potential PR crises with professionalism and agility. - Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze PR performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies.
1. Build and maintain relationship with public authorities at different levels related to Xiaomi business, including but not limited to ministries, local authorities etc. Arrange meetings for top management and expert units with government officials and key stakeholders. 2. Provide in-depth analysis of digital industry policies and regulations related to Xiaomi’s business in Italy and wider Europe with a focus an product compliance, identifying and monitoring potential risks and giving policy advice. 3. Interact actively with industrial associations relevant to Xiaomi businesses and develop and manage a network of contacts with industrial partners. 4. In close relation with Xiaomi’s Milano office, coordinate internal and external stakeholders to formulate Xiaomi’s position to relevant policy topics. 5. Represent Xiaomi’s position in regular interactions with different actors in government, research institutes, international organizations and other public agencies. 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with local business units (such as sales and marketing teams) and the Risk Compliance Center, provide support for relevant issues. 7. Coordinate advocacy activities related to product requirements.

Based in Xiaomi’s Paris/Billancourt office, coordinate internal and external stakeholders to formulate Xiaomi’s position to relevant policy topics. 5. Represent Xiaomi’s position in regular interactions with different actors in government, research institutes, international organizations and other public agencies. 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with local business units (such as sales and marketing teams) and provide support for relevant issues. 7. Apply for relevant licenses and certifications where government approval is needed. 8. Assist the French team to conduct policy analysis and facilitate activities on French and European level. 9. Lead in relevant CSR projects and assist HQ or France business region in CSR-related topics or activities. 10. Coordinate IP-related advocacy activities.
