任职要求
1、精通 C/C++，掌握数据结构与算法；熟悉计算机体系结构，具备硬件平台级优化能力。 2、熟悉PyTorch 等深度学习框架，有AIGC多媒体生成服务性能优化或者AI推理引擎性能优化经验更佳。 3、熟悉 FFmpeg、OpenCV 等常用多媒体/视觉开发库，了解 H.264/H.265 等编码标准更佳，了解GPU/ASIC/FPGA等异构硬件差异。 4、了解内核机制，有Linux驱动开发经验更佳。 5、具备完整项目经验，能独立解决复杂问题。 6、良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，适应高强度工作节奏。
工作职责
1、设计并实现高效的AIGC工程/图像/视频处理软硬件一体化方案，参与媒体计算产品全生命周期开发。 2、负责系统性能调优，识别并解决关键瓶颈，提升稳定性与效率。 3、开发和维护底层驱动、基础软件及图像/视频SDK，确保硬件（ASIC/FPGA/GPU）与应用高效协同。
