1、深度参与阿里云人力资源管理系统的核心能力建设，独立负责多个模块的开发与设计工作，可以参与或负责团队内或跨团队项目。 2、参与人力资源管理系统核心项目开发，包括技术预研、技术方案设计、功能开发、code review。 3、参与人力资源管理系统标杆产品建设，包括行业竞品调研、架构设计、扩展性、稳定性建设等。
