工作职责
1. 与SAP销售团队对接,挖掘SAP Cloud ERP在阿里云上的商机,并协调双方销售团队共同跟进并落单; 2. 组织阿里云各销售组织,主动挖掘企业客户SAP Cloud ERP的商机,并协同SAP销售团队协同跟进并落单; 3. 与SI生态伙伴协作,推动SAP、阿里云和SI伙伴多方协同,确保SAP Cloud ERP商机挖掘、落单、至成功交付; 4. 协助公司构建并制定SAP Cloud ERP GTM的整体体系及策略,推动SAP Cloud ERP在SAP和阿里云双方销售组织中的GTM,并取得数字结果; 5. 协助探索并建立起:双方销售组织对联合销售的业绩计收管理规范,确保销售的满意度,并促进长期合作; 6. 参与公司整体业务战略的讨论,确保产品策略与公司发展方向一致。
1. 负责SAP Cloud ERP在阿里销售和售前团队的推广和赋能,推进对SAP Cloud ERP的售卖; 2. 与SAP伙伴技术专家合作,参与共同客户的技术交流,并提供产品技术侧方案(如: POC、架构研讨会); 3. 基于对行业和客户经验,构建阿里内部的SAP解决方案知识库,包含一指禅、销售策略、产品方案; 4. 与SAP及SAP生态伙伴,共同构建产品在阿里云上Best Practise; 5. 基于对行业、市场的理解,能够深入分析与竞品之间差异化,并发挥SAP on 阿里云的优势; 6. 协助伙伴完成产品在marketplace的上架与售卖。
Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree programme or above in relevant discipline(s), including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Human Resources, Business Management, Computer Science, etc. • 2 years+ of experience in application implementation. • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is highly preferrable. Experience in other ERP suite such as SAP, Microsoft is also welcome. • Deep understanding of ERP Financial / Procurement modules. • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or MySQL) and experience in creating BI Publisher reports. • Knowledge of SLA (Subledger Accounting), Intercompany processes, and Multi-Org structures. • Experience in large-scale or multi-national Oracle ERP projects. • Has a keen interest in customer facing consultant role. • Ability to guide customer based on leading practices • Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in English, verbal and written • Critical thinker, problem solver, curious learner • Able to learn new products and technologies on the job quickly. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
