任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，曾就读计算机/泛计算机专业者优先； 2. SAP或泛ERP领域三年以上实施/咨询/销售经验； 3. 有SAP认证优先，有Marketplace经验优先，有SaaS产品架构经验优先； 4. 具备英文沟通能力，有两年以上服务跨国公司或海外工作经历者优先； 5. 出色的团队协同能力、客户影响力、谈判能力，能够独立完成客户侧商务及方案call high； 6. 熟悉竞对产品，能够基于竞对产品特性制定解决方案竞争策略； 7. 具备强烈的自我驱动力和目标导向性，能在压力下保持积极乐观的工作态度；同时，具备优秀的团队协作精神，能够与内部各部门有效协作，共同推动销售项目的成功落地。
工作职责
1. 负责SAP Cloud ERP在阿里销售和售前团队的推广和赋能，推进对SAP Cloud ERP的售卖； 2. 与SAP伙伴技术专家合作，参与共同客户的技术交流，并提供产品技术侧方案（如: POC、架构研讨会）； 3. 基于对行业和客户经验，构建阿里内部的SAP解决方案知识库，包含一指禅、销售策略、产品方案； 4. 与SAP及SAP生态伙伴，共同构建产品在阿里云上Best Practise； 5. 基于对行业、市场的理解，能够深入分析与竞品之间差异化，并发挥SAP on 阿里云的优势； 6. 协助伙伴完成产品在marketplace的上架与售卖。

Introduction Deployment and Performance Tuning:Deploy and configure Fiori applications in the SAP Fiori Launchpad, ensuring smooth access, user roles, and permissions.Optimize both frontend UI and backend ABAP code for performance and scalability in production environments.Monitor and troubleshoot Fiori applications post-deployment to ensure functionality, speed, and security.Work closely with SAP BASIS to ensure smooth transport and deployment processes.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:Identify and recommend opportunities to improve existing Fiori applications and internal development processes.Maintain detailed technical documentation of Fiori applications, including design, architecture, and integration points.Share knowledge on Fiori development techniques, tools, and best practices within the technical team and mentor junior developers. The Account Executive (AE) role empowers customers to achieve their full potential by strategically positioning SAP cloud solutions to address their unique business challenges and lay a strong foundation for future success. The role includes the following key aspects: Account & Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the end-to-end account owner, managing sales of software licenses and cloud subscriptions and establish a trusted relationship with the customer. Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure sustainable growth and achieve/exceed revenue targets. Gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s technology landscape, strategic goals, and competitive environment. Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management: Maintain pipeline management, ensuring a healthy and advancing sales funnel. Leverage internal resources, including marketing, inside sales, and partner channels, to drive demand and manage opportunities. Utilize SAP’s comprehensive solution portfolio, including industry-specific and line-of-business (LoB) solutions, to effectively address customer needs. Sales Excellence: Conduct White Space analysis to identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Orchestrate and deploy appropriate teams to ensure successful sales outcomes, embodying the "OneSAP" approach. Stay informed about SAP’s competition and position SAP solutions effectively against them. Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information within CRM systems.
