1. Advise on legal aspects of Alibaba Cloud’s international expansion, key focus is on ensuring compliance and leading compliance projects as well as commercial contract and negotiation support for APAC region. 2. Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of new business models and strategies, business operations and marketing activities. 3. Negotiate, draft and review contracts and commercial agreements. 4. 1、负责海外(亚洲区)演出项目的法律合规全流程，包括：平台境内外艺人合作合约起草与谈判、海外演出落地合规等； 2、参与跨国票务代理的合规方案设计，负责海外(亚洲区)票务平台的用户协议、隐私政策、服务/活动规则的制定； 3、负责艺人违约、票务代理纠纷、海外演出安全等争议解决策略的制定； 4、负责亚洲区演出法规动态的跟踪与研究，推动业务前置合规调整； 5、与商务、产品技术等内部团队协同，参与票务风控体系的搭建和系统建设。
1. 负责云及AI业务海外数据及隐私合规政策、制度、流程等体系化建设工作； 2. 对涉及个人信息处理的产品、业务模式及经营活动开展提供海外数据合规及隐私保护法律意见； 3. 密切追踪及研究海外相关法域个人信息保护、数据安全等相关法律法规的立法动态及司法、执法态势变化；精准解读，并结合业务场景及时提供前瞻性可落地的法律建议。

为公司业务的海外拓展，提供国际支付领域的法律合规支持，主要包括： 1. 负责国际支付相关业务模式的法律合规调研、评审，提供海外支付方案的合规评估； 2. 国际支付相关的各类合同、制度、规则、营销材料等的审核、起草工作； 3. 负责海外金融政策的调研工作，跟踪业务所在国家、地区的法规要求和动态，协调相关方提供业务运营所需资质许可的申领支持； 4. 针对不同国家、地区的法规、政策要求，及时识别合规风险，提供合规优化方案建议，并开展合规培训； 5. 上级交办的其他工作任务。
