任职要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, including direct evaporative systems, chilled water systems, condenser water systems, pump controls, Glycool/glycol, AHU units (DX, split, RTU, CRAC, etc.), CRAH units, raised floor systems, hot/cold aisle containment, and building management system/control automation.
- Familiarity with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations, including UMC, NFPA, ASHRAE, UBC, and LEED.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to deliver solutions for projects under pressure.
- Familiarity with the construction process and cost estimating methods.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Mechanical Engineering.
