Cloud Solutions Design and Delivery: Design and deliver end-to-end cloud computing solutions, lead system integration, handle engineering issues, and ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. 1. Ensure compliance with the IT architecture standards set by the headquarters, conducting testing and validation of local products to meet these standards. Oversee the procurement process and complete equipment purchases. 2. Work in coordination with the headquarters IT architecture team and local service providers to facilitate the procurement, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems (such as video surveillance, access control, cabinets, cables, etc.). 3. Manage local system integration projects to ensure that solutions based on headquarters' technical requirements are effectively implemented and tailored to meet local needs. 4. Take charge of creating and implementing localized IT solutions, which include the maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure, while ensuring alignment with headquarters standards. 5. Monitor the performance of regional office networks using tools provided by headquarters IT, gather user feedback, and develop and implement improvement measures based on this input. 6. Oversee the management, tracking, and inventory of local IT infrastructure resources (including equipment records, supplier relationships, etc.), address local issues, and ensure the integrity of the IT infrastructure. 7. Coordinate with local service providers in Saudi Arabia to expedite problem resolution and ensure the efficient allocation of service provider resources. 8.Provide support in creating standard operating procedures and documentation, and maintain regular communication with the headquarters IT team regarding the progress of localization solution implementations.
