UI/UX designer- for product Develop design system on Figma Fast Prototyping User journey mapping per product PRD development for new products/use cases
• UX Design for new/existing features • Creation and implementation of UI screens/elements • Creation of 2D assets used throughout the game • Optimise assets for builds • Support the development of the game with any additional skills
• Collaborate with designers, programmers, and artists to prototype and implement gameplay mechanics. • Improve and maintain core gameplay systems to support ongoing development and live updates. • Support tools and workflows that help the team move faster and with more confidence. • Contribute across multiple areas, including gameplay logic, AI, UI, and visual feedback. • Bring thoughtful ideas and solutions to gameplay and technical challenges.
-Strategize and implement regional campaigns. Manage timelines, deliveries and stakeholder expectations throughout the entire process from strategy to delivery. -Integrate onsite and offsite marketing resources to boost campaign traffic and uplift order conversion. -Partner with cross-functional teams such as BD, product, creative and marketing to maximize quality, impact and efficiency for all campaigns -Research marketing, campaign and operational data, analyze customer acquisition, conversion, and product strategies, and continuously improve key operational metrics. -Iterate the UI/UX based on local insights and deep understanding of local users
Design, training/evaluation, development/deployment of advanced models (LLM/MLLM/SLM) for ads content creation, ads performance optimization, and automated customer support. Apply strong problem-solving and data analysis skills to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and deliver measurable business impact.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLM-driven agent, online advertisement, and make integration and improvement for our systems.Develop scalable and robust algorithms and pipelines for efficient model training, data processing, online serving and measurement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product managers and Infra/UI engineers, to define strategies and deliver solutions that enhance our systems.Present problems, insights, technical solutions, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
