任职要求
1、掌握底层图像处理、计算机视觉、深度学习的基本方法，并在至少一个问题上有深入的理解 2、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具备刨根问底的精神，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情， 拥有较强的自我驱动力。 4、较强的算法实现能力，编程经验丰富，熟练掌握Python、C/C++等。 5、有图像处理项目、影像/画质类产品上线经验者优先。 6、有顶级会议/期刊发表者优先，如CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI/ICLR/TIP/PAMI/SIGGRAPH。
工作职责
1、负责研究图像处理的前沿算法及实现，涵盖的课题包括但不限于：多帧融合、降噪、暗光增强、去模糊、HDR、超分辨率、Diffusion和GAN图像生成等。 2、负责画质类算法的开发、调优与部署。 3、针对实际的画质问题，进行算法方案设计，并实现和验证。
