任职要求
1、计算机,生医工,医疗或相关专业背景。有医疗相关行业从业经验或医疗相关产品管理经验者优先; 2、对机器学习、深度学习、大模型等人工智能技术具备基础知识,了解AI技术在医疗领域的应用场景,具备设计或推动AI+医疗产品落地的经验; 3、紧跟AI医疗行业发展和政策,持续跟进AI技术发展,熟悉AI医疗领域的行业现状和未来趋势,善于接受新思想和新事物。不断自我学习,追求自我进步; 4、工作细致耐心,有较好的团队合作精神,抗压能力,较强的责任感及进取精神; 5、具备优秀的逻辑思维、学习能力、执行力和驱动力; 6、善于分析和解决问题,并做出正确决策,推动项目进展。善于引导客户,管理客户期望;
工作职责
1、负责AI+医疗产品的竞品分析,功能调研,需求定义、研发推进等工作; 2、负责AI+医疗产品的定义和规划,产品路线图的制定,配合完成产品注册相关工作; 3、定期汇报产品研发进度,识别并管理风险,协调需求方和研发团队做好变更管理; 4、制定产品实施计划,协调UI、研发、测试,推动产品的开发进程; 5、配合商务和市场部门,规划产品目标与市场策略,持续改善产品及功能,做好产品推广策划和技术支持;

1. 市场调研与战略规划:负责跟进医疗行业、AI技术、数字健康等方向的最新趋势,进行市场和竞争分析,为公司战略规划提供数据支持与前瞻性建议。 2. 合作方对接与高管接洽:协助首席医疗官对接医院、科研机构及行业合作伙伴,支持高层会议的内容准备和策略性沟通。 3. 资源与内容输出:整理并输出公司战略方向相关的市场分析报告、项目规划、合作方案、行业动态等材料,确保团队与合作伙伴的有效沟通。 4. 项目执行支持:在战略规划的基础上,协助推进具体项目的实施,包括进度把控、确保目标达成、协作团队的协调工作。

Support Sales Biz promotion activities and events On Customers, Build the relationship with customers; 5. Analysis Short/Med Term Demand Supply trend & Profit Improvement

Support Sales Biz promotion activities and events On Customers, Build the relationship with customers. 5. Analysis Short/Med Term Demand Supply trend & Profit Improvement.
