Requirements • A bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Field service and operations in software/ICT/AI industry. • Experience with a variety of equipment and systems (Experience in AI, Video Analytics, Access Control, CCTV is a plus). • Proficiency in common Linux commands, with the ability to write shell scripts preferred. • Familiarity with common Docker and Kubernetes commands. • Experience with middleware such as MySQL and Elasticsearch. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software. • Ability to provide technical training to customers. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. • Good written and verbal communication (both Chinese and English). • Strong customer service orientation. • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills • Proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work in diverse environments. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. • Commitment to continuous learning and development.

THE ROLE: We are in search of an experienced program manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills Ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in a cross-functional organization to meet commitments for successful customer program launches. Must be self-directed and work in complex and dynamic ecosystems THE PERSON: As a Program Manager you will partner with our cross functional teams to manage customer accounts and their portfolio, understand our customers platforms/solutions. Identify and document customer requirements and establish engineering schedules. Drive AMD product solution deliverables and alignment with customers' platforms to ensure highest level customer satisfaction throughout their product lifecycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Primary support contact in development and sustaining customer programs Develop customer specific solutions with full product cycle technical support, feasibility verification, and project management throughout the entire development process. Align with cross-functional teams (Marketing,Sales,Engineering,) on customer engagement, with emphasis on driving technical enablement/communications, technical support, and debug/issue resolution Coordinate on-time delivery of all engineering project deliverables into customer development projects Provide detailed level engineering schedules, resource requirements, and status reporting for customer ODM projects from design inception to mass production Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans Manage customer critical issues and escalations Manage customer sampling requirements in development Drive for highest levels of customer satisfaction

Manage IT Technical Project Delivery as below: 1.Understand client’s requirements, contract scope and the scenarios. 2.Responsible for planning, coordination, supervision and execution of project according to the agreement and budget plan. 3.Define project requirement scope and identify solutions consistent with defined terms methodology, policy and regulations. 4.Closely work with project team, product team and client, to ensure effective communications and expectation can be delivered to relevant parties of the projects. 5.Monitor project status and handle the risks / issues to ensure the design and quality are delivered as planned. 6.Establish and maintain standard project management guideline, workflow and best practices to improve project performance. 7.Prepare and submit internal documents to be compliant with the company policy.
• Providing Ethernet and routing expertise to customers during project delivery to design, architect and test Ethernet networking solutions. • Work on multi-functional teams to provide Ethernet network expertise to server infrastructure builds, accelerated computing workloads and GPU enabled AI applications. • Crafting and evaluating DevOps automation scripts for network operations, crafting network architectures, and developing switch fabric configurations. • Implementing tasks related to network configuration and validation for data centers. • Create Methods of Procedure and deployment documents. • Use software tools to validate and monitor network performance.
