任职要求
Basic 
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Automation, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in software development/testing management, plus 1–2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/factory IT infrastructure projects.
• Deep expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with proven proficiency in Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and other project management methodologies. Ability to independently develop comprehensive development plans and test strategies.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture (networks, servers, data centers, IoT devices, etc.), with a clear understanding of software-hardware integration principles. Skilled at coordinating cross-functional software and hardware project resources.
• Strong project management acumen, including expertise in project planning, risk management, budget control, and cross-stakeholder communication. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Preferred Technical Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing digital systems (e.g., MES, FX, equipment connectivity platforms) and hands-on experience in custom production line software development, testing, and deployment is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in edge computing, industrial AI computer vision, or IoT platform implementation is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in software testing tools and defect management platforms (e.g., Jira) and experience with automated testing is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global technical teams.
• A results-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities, capable of independently leading complex software-hardware integration projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
