•Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
•Manage record-keeping and document management, including developing and maintaining a database of company records and documents, organizing and filing documents, and managing the retention and disposal of records in accordance with legal requirements.
•Manage office management functions, including managing office supplies and equipment inventory and coordinating office services.
•Generate weekly and monthly reports using Excel formulas and pivot tables to support data entry, record-keeping across various departments.
•Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure that administrative activities support overall business objectives.
•Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
