•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to administrative functions, including labor laws and employment regulations.
•Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

•Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations. •Manage record-keeping and document management, including developing and maintaining a database of company records and documents, organizing and filing documents, and managing the retention and disposal of records in accordance with legal requirements. •Manage office management functions, including managing office supplies and equipment inventory and coordinating office services. •Generate weekly and monthly reports using Excel formulas and pivot tables to support data entry, record-keeping across various departments. •Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and human resources, to ensure that administrative activities support overall business objectives. •Develop and manage the administrative budget, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the organization's products or services. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Sales Performance and Reporting: Monitor sales activities, track progress against targets, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities. Develop sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support sales planning and resource allocation decisions. Stay updated on industry developments, public sector policies, and regulations that may impact sales strategies.
