任职要求
1、掌握底层图像处理、计算机视觉、深度学习的基本方法，并在至少一个问题上有深入的理解 2、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具备刨根问底的精神，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情， 拥有较强的自我驱动力。 4、较强的算法实现能力，编程经验丰富，熟练掌握Python、C/C++等。 5、有图像处理项目、影像/画质类产品上线经验者优先。 6、有顶级会议/期刊发表者优先，如CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI/ICLR/TIP/PAMI/SIGGRAPH。
工作职责
1. 参与计算机视觉和深度学习算法的开发与性能提升，研究的问题包括但不限于：2D/3D物体检测与跟踪、物体6D姿态估计、人体姿态估计、物体人体在线重建、人体运动捕捉、语义分割、动态场景重建、视觉定位与导航等。 2. 紧跟学术前沿，开展高水平和创新性的研究，保持算法在工业界和学术界的领先，参与顶会论文投稿及专利申请。 3. 负责开发管理研究所需要的工具以及基础设施。
