工作职责
1. 负责 Agent / MaaS 平台后端系统的 架构设计与模块拆解，主导核心服务与通用能力的技术实现。 2. 设计并实现 可复用的服务框架与中间层能力，支撑多业务线、多 Agent 场景的统一接入与演进。 3. 优化后端系统的 接口设计、数据模型与服务治理机制，提升平台整体的稳定性、性能与可维护性。 4. 参与构建平台级基础设施能力，包括 认证鉴权、配置管理、日志、监控、告警与运维支撑体系。 5. 推动工程规范与技术标准建设，提升代码质量与交付效率，并指导团队成员进行设计与优化。 6. 与产品、前端、算法、运维等团队协作，推动平台能力在实际业务中的落地与持续迭代。
