任职要求 1 应届本科或硕士毕业生，具备扎实的计算机基础、算法基础和编程能力。 2 熟练掌握 Python，熟悉 PyTorch、Transformers、Hugging Face 等常用深度学习框架或工具链。 3 理解 Transformer、大语言模型、Embedding、RAG、Prompt Engineering、Agent、模型微调等基本原理和常见实现方式。 4 熟悉 Git、Linux、Shell、Docker 等基本开发工具，具备良好的工程实践习惯。 5 具备较强的问题定位、实验设计和数据分析能力，能够通过日志、样例、评测结果和实验数据分析模型效果问题。 6 对大模型应用、智能体系统、企业级 AI 落地有好奇心，愿意理解业务问题，并能从技术角度提出可验证的改进方案。 7 有大模型应用开发、RAG 系统、Agent 工具调用、模型微调、检索系统、…
