工作描述
任职要求 计算机、人工智能、软件工程、电子信息、数学等相关专业本科及以上在读，对 AI Infra、性能优化或 Coding Agent 有浓厚兴趣。 熟悉 Python 和 Linux 开发环境，具备扎实的编程基础、良好的调试能力和工程习惯。 了解 PyTorch、Transformer 及大模型推理的基本流程。 在以下至少一个方向具有项目或研究实践： **推理系统：**使用或开发过 vLLM、SGLang 等推理引擎，有模型部署、性能分析或参数调优经验。 **算子优化：**使用 CUDA、Triton、TileLang 等完成过 GPU 算子开发、正确性验证或性能优化。 **Agent：**构建过具备工具调用、代码执行、自动测试或反馈迭代能力的 Agent。 具备良好的问题分析能力和实验习惯，能够认真记录配置、日志和结果，独立复现问题…
