职位要求： 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子工程或相关专业。 三年以上Linux内核开发经验，理解Linux内核的架构和实现原理，具有BSP开发经验。 熟悉Linux系统的各个子系统，包括进程管理、内存管理、文件系统等，并具有相关的开发和调试经验。 熟悉ARM架构和相关处理器的特性和体系结构，具有移植Linux内核到ARM平台的经验。 熟悉Linux内核系统的开发和调试，具有良好的C/C++/RUST语言编程能力。 具有良好的问题分析和解决能力，能够快速定位并解决复杂的硬件和软件问题。 具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与硬件团队和软件团队紧密合作，共同完成项目任务。
工作职责
我们正在寻找一位BSP（板级支持包）和Linux内核系统方面经验丰富的工程师，加入我们的团队。作为BSP&Linux内核系统工程师，您将承担以下主要职责： 设计、开发和维护嵌入式系统的BSP，包括引导加载程序、设备驱动程序、硬件抽象层等。 负责解决Linux内核的BUG和问题，进行调试和修复工作，并提交补丁和改进建议。 解决系统中的硬件相关问题，包括但不限于设备驱动程序的开发和调试、中断处理、功耗管理等。 跟踪和评估新的技术发展趋势，研究和探索新的BSP和Linux内核技术，并进行相关的技术调研和验证工作。
