任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,机械工程,车辆工程专业;
2. 熟练掌握汽车构造、汽车理论、车身设计等基础科学理论知识;
3. 熟练使用office办公软件,掌握CATIA等软件;
4. 具备清晰的逻辑思维能力和良好的沟通能力表达能力,工作积极主动;
5. 具有责任心,拥有良好的团队精神和抗压能力;
6. 对开闭件设计开发有浓厚的兴趣;
7. CET-6及以上,可英语交流。
工作职责
1. 负责车门系统的产品设计及过程开发工作,负责系统布置,功能开发、性能开发,工艺开发支持;负责相关系统及零部件方案设定,SOR编制,配合采购完成供应商定点; 2. 负责新产品的造型可行性分析,确定侧门系统布置及交互输入输出; 3. 负责车门系统结构3D数模设计和2D图纸设计,技术文件编制工作; 4. 负责车门系统试制、验证及系统问题解决; 5. 负责分管零部件的开发及整改:负责与供应商的技术交流及技术方案确定;编制分管零部件的开发计划,并组织实施;负责组织及协调、解决涉及车门系统的技术问题;负责具体项目中车门系统问题的整改措施确定及实施; 6. 负责分管供应商开发过程管控,能够按照项目主计划编制零部件开发二级计划,并跟踪供应商开发进度,按时提交相关技术材料,完成OTS及ESO认可,跟踪试制、试装、试验中车身车门系统相关问题,提出整改措施和改进计划; 7. 参与部门所有承研项目车门系统相关的技术文件,问题报告等的评审; 8. 参与部门车门系统相关的设计开发体系文件的编写,丰富所属系统的知识库。

The Role As a Mechanisms Systems Design Engineer, you will be responsible for conceiving, architecting, designing, and engineering the dynamic exterior systems of Tesla vehicles. You will work alongside pioneering Designers and Engineers through all stages of the product design cycle: From initial sketch and clay modeling, through architecture and design, and finally to validation and product launch. You will be part of the team that creates and executes some of the most notable hallmarks of Tesla design. Responsibilities • Serve as a member of the Vehicle Engineering Team to lead automotive body and closure system development for the Tesla vehicle product lines • Conceptualize, design, engineer and launch structural components and assemblies for system role including power charge door, lighting, and wipers. • Work side by side with side doors, hood and liftgates for CIW (Closures in White) team to integrate and package components within each closure • Achieve innovation-driven closure system targets for appearance, function, quality, cost and weight • Lead investigations which drive the Tesla Design and Styling studio to deliver the optimal balance of form, function and quality • Establish system level architecture and functionality based on market research, design feasibility and prototyping • Work closely with body team to lead master section, sealing flange and hinge axis development • Work directly with Manufacturing Engineering to define optimal processes to achieve world class execution of automotive exterior craftsmanship and fit and finish • Optimize designs with the appropriate analytical and physical assessments • Interpret/develop Tolerance Analysis, DVP&R, CAE, DFM, DFMEA, PFMEA simulations/results and integrate feedback into designs • Manage and collaborate with key suppliers (both internal and external) to support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/ production build events • Mentor junior designers and provide technique/approach guidance where needed between reviews
1. 负责热管理/开闭件专业零部件DVP(标准、条件、方法、地点)审核和会签; 2. 负责热管理/开闭件专业零部件及系统台架测试方案策划、过程管控和结果验收,支持产品进行问题分析、整改及复测; 3. 负责热管理/开闭件专业关键零件及关键试验条目各阶段性能一致性抽检活动,确保验证有效性及产品一致性; 4. 负责零部件供应商实验室试验能力审核及认可,并定期组织现场督察与评审; 5. 协助负责搭建理汽车热管理/开闭件专业零部件与系统试验DVP标准库,提升验证标准化及效能工作; 6. 协助负责工程/配置等变更对零部件验证的影响评估,参与零部件ESO认可和会签。
