任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程，车辆工程专业；
2. 熟练掌握汽车构造、汽车理论、车身设计等基础科学理论知识；
3. 熟练使用office办公软件，掌握CATIA等软件；
4. 具备清晰的逻辑思维能力和良好的沟通能力表达能力，工作积极主动；
5. 具有责任心，拥有良好的团队精神和抗压能力；
6. 对外饰设计开发有浓厚的兴趣；
7. CET-6及以上，可英语交流。工作职责
1. 负责前期功能件系统预研、对标等分析工作，完成前期方案制定； 2. 负责功能件系统配置反馈、造型分析、断面分析、BOM编制、3D/2D数据制作及PDM录入； 3. 负责编制功能件系统SOR、协助采购完成供应商定点、签订技术开发协议、零部件级开发计划； 4. 负责确认供应商开模方案、检具方案，编制DVP文件，完成零部件OTS认可、ESO认可，完成零部件试装及试验中的TIR/BIR、AUDIT等问题的整改，跟踪零部件设计变更进度、及对变更件的进行认可； 5. 负责功能件系统轻量化、降本、价值提升及后期整改等工作； 6. 负责功能件系统的技术积累及前沿技术跟踪； 7. 负责编制/修订功能件系统的技术标准、设计规范、SSTS、DVP、DFMEA、开发流程等技术文件； 8. 配合采购、成本等职能部门进行产品经济性分析。
The Role: As a Mechanical Design Engineer in the Exterior System Engineering department, you will design, prototype, validate, release and launch components for current and future vehicle programs. Exterior Systems includes a diverse family of components including: Front & Rear Fascia Assemblies, Wheel Liners and Sound Absorbers, Underbody shields, Rocker panels, Plastic trim components, Front End structures, Active grille shutter systems, luggage compartments, Badges and other decorative parts. You will interface with other vehicle engineering teams and work cross functionally with other departments. This ranges from defining criteria at the concept phase with our Design Studio, problem solving current production issues with our Quality team, modifying designs to improve for manufacturing, collaborating with our Purchasing department during the sourcing process. You will be part of Tesla’s vehicle engineering organization and report to the Engineering Manager of Exterior Systems. Responsibilities: As part of Vehicle Exterior Engineering team, you will participate in component design, engineering change release /tracking and component validation in Shanghai Giga factory to help improve the quality of Tesla products. Cooperate with suppliers to develop new innovations, modify designs to improve manufacturing, validate designs and refine validation process. Learn and assist with design release and launch exterior components and subsystems, aligned with program product profile which may include: • Concept engineering & feasibility. • Design to deliver customer-driven exterior system targets for craftsmanship, function, cost and weight. • Participate in the iterative process with the Tesla design/styling studio to deliver the optimal balance of form vs. function vs. cost. • Detail design including surface development, structures, datum strategy, attachments, GD&T. • Complete and release component & sub system design, utilizing a mix of in-house design and supplier engineering where required. • Utilize DFSS methodologies as appropriate during the design, validation and launch of the program. • Support overall vehicle development milestones and prototype/production build events. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Tesla Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement groups to ensure system manufacturing and assembly feasibility and serviceability.

1.外饰系统（保险杠、主动进气格栅、前端模块、扰流板、装饰护板等）的设计开发：典型/详细断面设计，实体结构设计、OTS认可等； 2.相关技术资料：包括报价资料、系统设计任务书、BOM表、INTERFACE、DVP、设计总结、设计指南、专利以及其他项目/部门资料的编制； 3. 外饰系统开发、试制、验证及量产准备； 4. 外饰系统供应商调研、导入、管控及项目开发推进等供应商管理； 5.外饰系统的前瞻技术探索和研究。
负责特斯拉整车厂内的质量问题解决工作，带领跨部门团队快速遏制问题，分析问题根本原因，以及推进改进措施的实施和验证，让质量问题做到闭环管理。具有问题横展意识，能够系统性的预防外饰类质量问题的发生。 职责描述: •快读响应现场质量问题，并能够运用质量工具系统性分析和解决； •负责整车外饰类质量问题改进，并对问题进行风险评估，并跟踪改进闭环； •牵头解决跨部门的疑难复杂质量问题，带领团队分析根本原因并研究解决方案； •跟踪零件和过程变更，负责对试装工作的质量验证和评估方案的制定和落实； •组织开展外饰相关质量预防工作，把问题尽早的识别和提前解决； •负责新项目启动过程的质量预防、质量问题的推动解决以及经验总结； •负责编写、发布和维护质量检验标准； •完成上级交办的其他任务。
