任职要求
Education/Experience 10+ years of experience in suspension control field with excellency in automotive design theories and practices. Knowledge 1. Proficiency in MBD for embedded systems and corresponding programming tools (Matlab/Simulink, C, Tasking, etc.) with a good programming style; 2. Strong background in modern and/or classical control theory, with good knowledge in MPC, LQ, ILC and other commonly used active suspension control algorithms; 3. Fluent English (oral and writing) is mandatory. Skills and Competencies 1. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills; 2. Self-motivated, fast learning ability, proactive and creative; 3. Excellent time management and the capacity to work under pressure; 4. Strong self-confidence and results-oriented work philosophy.
工作职责
1. Responsible for the system requirement development and software architecture design of the full active suspension; 2. Responsible for the development and simulation validation of core control algorithms for the full active suspension, including body control and synergistic height adjustment control; 3. Responsible for the unit test of the developed software, as well as the preparation of related design and development documents; 4. Cooperate with chassis VD tuning engineers in parameter tunning and algorithm iterations, ensuring high quality overall performance delivery.
1. Lead vehicle chassis tuning (e.g. kenimatics, air suspension, shock absorber, ARB, bushings, tires, EPS, ESP etc.) and chassis performance evaluations, developing luxury driving character; 2. Involve and ensure chassis and vehicle dynamics design fulfils the targets in digital simulation phase; 3. Lead and manage benchmark chassis performance evaluations including subjective and objective testing; 4. Define and align chassis performance targets. Develop respective measures together with relevant departments; 5. Improve chassis performance development procedure, chassis tuning process, chassis performance testing methods and standards; 6. Lead the development of CDC, EPS and other relevant chassis control calibration strategies; 7. Identify most harming and customer related parameters based on field researches, customer observation and feedbacks. Improve and optimize customer pain points; 8. Develop and integrate new chassis functions and technology for future productions; 9. R&H related issues finding and solving.
1. Responsible for the technical development plan （system integration、system matching、function definition、etc.)，design guidebook，DFMEA and system standard preparation of the fully active suspension system; 2. Responsible for full active suspension system architecture and hardware sizing； Includes active damper sizing and motor pump unit spec.design review； Oil tube sizing and valves selection based on vehicle technical specification for full active suspension system function and NVH requirements; 3. Responsible for product definition of fully active suspension system and sub-components，proposing design requirements and standards for sub-components（such as fully active shock absorbers、motor pumps unit and oil Tube etc.), and collaborating with suppliers to optimize and design design schemes; 4. Responsible for developing DV & PV test projects，part verification，and problem tracking for fully active suspension；analyzing and solving bench test issues during development，vehicle-level assembly，performance，NVH，durability，and other issues; 5. Responsible for dynamic perception and technical exploration in the new technology field of fully active suspension; introducing new concepts，solutions，and technologies for innovative design and optimization of active suspension systems.
