Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. • 5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience. • 7+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions. • 7+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers. • Solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem. • 8+ years managing programs across a matrixed stakeholder set, including planning, managing timelines, tracking progress, and change management experience. • 7+ years of experience with data-based storytelling that has impacted organizational strategy. • 7+ years of experience in strategic business planning, including market analysis, resource modeling, and service level definition. • 6+ years of experience developing incentive or performance acceleration programs with measurable uplift in key metrics. • 5+ years of digital marketing experience. • Proficient SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, Databricks and other data analysis tools. • Business Partnership and Enablement.• Drives sales growth through business and portfolio planning. • Analyzes the market outlook and leverages business insights that benchmark performance and makes suggestions on current and future actions based on key drivers, opportunities, and/or risks. • Supports the integration, alignment, and execution on the actions defined in plans. • Enables Sales Motion Strategy.• Enables sales teams to execute strategies for opportunity management (e.g., up-sell, cross-sell, renewal, recapture). • Contributes to operationalizing prioritized sales plans and industry solutions. • Identifies opportunities to generate new business and accelerate the closing of existing opportunities. • Sales Coaching for Growth and Success.• Coaches and builds relationships with sales team on executing key priorities. • Engages sales managers to become more effective coaches to front-line sellers. • Helps sales team achieve increased individual and team knowledge, sales capability, and collaborative selling efforts. • Also contributes to optimizing sales team processes and utilization of sales tools and reporting. • Leverages Insights & Reporting.• Contributes to analytics on key revenue drivers (e.g., by vertical/product/geo). • Leverages reporting and analytical capabilities to generate data-based insights and enable visibility into revenue and forecast for sellers, sales managers, leaders, and partners. • Driving Sales Process Discipline.• Instills process discipline, consistency, adherence to standards and excellence in execution, and shares best practices within their team. • Holds sales managers accountable for account plan quality, completeness, and pipeline health. • Extending Executive Capacity.• Represents as an internal advocate and an extension of Sales leadership. • Advises on and contributes to various aspects of business management (e.g., employee engagement, resource allocation, change management, building high-performing teams) in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a thought leader for Microsoft Advertising in China; represent the brand at industry events and with C-level customers and partners. • Define the long-range China marketing vision aligned to global priorities; advocate for China requirements across the organization. • Own the end-to-end integrated marketing plan for China: audience strategy, narratives, channel mix, and annual/quarterly plans. • Bring global strategies and content to the China market in a locally relevant way including localization and translation. • Partner with Sales and business planning to target the key opportunities and growth areas with focus and efficiency. • Collaborate with product, comms, PR, and field teams to land new narratives, solutions, and hero products in market. • Manage the China marketing budget, quarterly planning, and vendor/contract management; drive operational excellence and scalability.

· Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth of media Agency relationships at local and regional level – including close collaboration with local Advertising leadership · Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy for Agency relationships, including business reviews · Develop commercial structures with media agencies to facilitate incremental opportunities across programmatic solutions · Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of agency-wide events · Identify opportunities for agency collaboration around large-scale creative solutions – including pro-active engagement with creative agencies · Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships offered by Amazon Advertising products
As an Advertising Account Manager, you will help define your role working to identify controllable inputs which enable product teams to drive revenue and deliver an amazing customer experience. You will work closely with Korea-based advertisers who sell & advertise their products on Amazon global websites and have direct responsibility for achieving business goals for Amazon and the advertisers. Your day to day activities may change constantly as our business grows and you can expect to propose to create and establish programs that impact thousands of advertisers and build business cases to drive feature development with product and engineering teams. You can expect to work closely with the marketing and product teams on advertiser communication plans related to new feature launches and program changes. This is a critical role and your efforts will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth and product improvements.
