Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience with active participation in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field • OR equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
• 5+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
• Proficient English and Chinese language skills
Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
• 7+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
• 7+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
• Solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem.
• 8+ years managing programs across a matrixed stakeholder set, including planning, managing timelines, tracking progress, and change management experience.
• 7+ years of experience with data-based storytelling that has impacted organizational strategy.
