任职要求
1. 硕士及以上学历,流体力学、车辆工程、机械、能源动力等专业; 2. 熟悉ANSA、Star-CCM+、Fluent、LMS virtual.lab、Actran等至少一款流体和声学分析软件; 3. 具备JAVA、Python、matlab等编程基础; 4. 积极乐观、抗压能力强、思路清晰、沟通表达能力强; 5. 具备较强的计划与执行、判断与决策能力,有良好团队意识和责任感; 6. 有汽车行业CFD或声学仿真项目或实习经验优先考虑; 7. 有机器学习/深度学习等AI算法解决实际工程问题经验者优先考虑。
工作职责
1. 负责整车通风管路、前后空调箱、冷却风扇、增压风机、水泵等流场和噪声分析及优化及测试; 2. 负责热管理系统NVH仿真能力提升工作,包括通风声品质分析、两相流噪声分析、低频声品质仿真精度提升等; 3. 负责低、中、高频的消音器声学仿真及设计,吸声材料的传递损失分析等; 4. 负责气动声学前瞻技术研究,如超材料研究和应用; 5. 具备一定的编程能力,通过自动化工具、AI等手段提高仿真分析精度及效率。
