THE ROLE: As a member of the off-board firmware development team, you will support our embedded software engineer on writing code for our superchargers, adapters, and various other types of charging equipment. Come join a team of knowledgeable engineers to build the next generation of robust EV charging infrastructure using cutting edge software development tools and practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Implement high-quality C/C++ code in a real-time embedded environment. • Specify embedded software requirements and design firmware algorithms. • Integrate and debug features at both component and system level. • Develop tests to validate functionality (unit tests, SIL, and system level). • Support with certification efforts as needed. • Bring up new hardware and debug issues. • Refactor code as needed to maintain a clean and efficient codebase. • Actively participate in team discussions to make performance and optimization trade-offs. • Respond to problems in the field and support the service team with practical, quick solutions to issues that affect the live supercharger fleet.

职位概述 负责车载 MCU 诊断系统软件开发,聚焦功能降级链路与传感器标定链路,涵盖 AUTOSAR DCM/DEM/FIM 模块、UDS 服务、CCP/DoIP/DoCAN 协议栈及传感器 EOL/在线标定全流程。入职后提供系统培训(UDS / AUTOSAR / CANoe 工具链)。 核心职责 降级链路(DCM / DEM / FIM) DEM:配置故障事件 Debounce 算法、DTC 存储条件、Snapshot & Extended Data 采集,管理 DTC 生命周期 FIM:配置 FID 功能抑制规则,将 DEM 事件映射到具体功能禁止/降级条件 DCM:实现 0x19(ReadDTCInformation)、0x14(ClearDTC)、0x85(ControlDTCSetting)与 FIM 的联动控制 梳理 DCM → DEM → FIM 三层模块接口依赖与调用时序,保证降级响应满足实时性约束 传感器标定链路 实现传感器(IMU / 雷达 / 摄像头 / 角度传感器等)零偏、增益的 EOL 出厂标定流程 通过 UDS 0x31(RoutineControl)、0x2E(WriteDataByIdentifier)驱动标定算法执行与结果写入 管理标定结果的 NvM 持久化及版本校验机制 对接上位机标定工具,了解以太网基础知识 CCP 协议 了解 ASAM CCP v2.1 协议基本原理(CRO/DTO 帧结构、DAQ/CAL 工作模式) 诊断传输层(DoIP / DoCAN) DoCAN:基于 ISO 15765-2 CAN TP,实现 SF/FF/CF/FC 帧管理,支持 CAN FD DoIP:基于 ISO 13400,实现 Vehicle Announcement、Routing Activation、DiagMessage 服务 配置 AUTOSAR DCM 多传输通道,处理物理/功能寻址场景下的 NRC 响应与超时重传
