工作职责
1. 跟随模块负责人解决/区域一线支持无法处理的复杂疑难类技术问题，先学习再参与最后独自解决； 2. 负责模块内产生的技术信息梳理并汇总发布； 3. 识别并推进重点质量问题的修复并制定售后维修方案，同时有意识的站在用户视角提出相应建议； 4. 应用标准化的模版搭建负责模块的诊断故障树，并形成可复制的诊断路径，完成解决方案及问题原因的关联； 5. 个人能力提升可根据前端的需求和主动识别，将自身技能转化成培训材料进行培训赋能； 6. 通过负责模块问题的管理识别相关零部件并与零部件团队协作沟通； 7. 通过负责模块智能诊断结果复盘及优化，以提升智能诊断的准确率。

[What You Will Do] Take charge of after-sales service preparations prior to new product launches. Work closely with the R&D and Quality teams to participate in product reviews from a user's perspective and produce related after-sales service documentation. Build a deep understanding of product features and potential issues. Collaborate with the R&D team to develop product training materials and provide enablement training for regional teams, enhancing their front-line problem-solving capabilities. Rapidly respond to and address queries raised by regional teams. Coordinate internal and external resources to drive the closed-loop resolution of complex issues and deliver effective solutions. Conduct Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis and issue identification to systematically drive improvements in product experience and deliver targeted solutions, ultimately boosting user satisfaction.
1、业务需求，制作产品中英文物料布局图，为海外提供技术资料。 (100) 1、根据产品上市节奏，主要向海内外输出产品机内物料工艺布局图及物料清单，满足一线工程师从系统内和工程师APP精准查询备件并下单，工作量年度约1.25万份(25年TV BOM数量) 2、产品交付制作产品服务手册、维修指南，为海内外提供技术文件 3、根据部门工作安排，协助做视频资料。
1、负责AI眼镜平台的技术支持工作，包括日常运维、问题解决、系统升级、新功能开发等； 2、参与平台运行监控，制定并执行异常处理方案，保障平台持续稳定运行； 3、负责AI眼镜平台的培训和文档编写工作； 4、负责AI眼镜平台的用户体验，不断优化提升用户满意度。
