工作描述
任职要求 1. 教育背景:机器人、自动化、控制、计算机、人工智能、机械电子、应用数学等相关专业;硕士及以上学历,博士优先,有顶尖实验室/头部机器人团队经历,或在真实机器人项目、开源系统、顶会论文中有突出成果的优秀硕士亦可;具备扎实的机器人学、控制理论、机器学习与数学基础; 2. 算法与模型能力:深入理解强化学习、模仿学习、深度学习等核心方法,熟悉 Transformer、Diffusion、VAE、世界模型等主流模型架构;具备较强的模型设计、训练优化与问题分析能力,有从 0 到 1 训练或深度优化机器人策略模型、世界模型或“小脑基座模型”的经验者优先;在具身智能、动作生成/动作选择、多模态感控融合等方向有研究或项目积累者优先; 3. 运控与机器人能力:系统掌握机器人经典控制与现代控制理论,包括最优控制、MPC、WBC 等;对全身控制、多接触运动控制、动态步态生成、抗扰恢复、灵巧操作及通用移动操作导航(Locomotion + Navigation + Manipulation)等方向有较深入理解或实践经验; 4. 系统与工程能力:精通 Python,熟悉 C++,熟练使用 PyTo…
