任职要求
1、计算机相关专业，本科或以上学历，3～8年Java开发经验，两年以上互联网或大型复杂架构应用工作经验； 2、熟悉Mysql、Redis、ES和Kafka等，能够熟练应用成熟的分布式缓存、存储方案，对基于海量数据的业务性能优化有一定了解； 3、熟悉Spring MVC、Spring Cloud、Mybatis等开发框架，并有较深入的理解和应用经验； 4、熟悉分布式、延展性、高可用架构设计，具备高容错、复杂业务场景的系统设计和开发经验； 6、具备如CRM、ERP、OMS和电商系统等大型复杂业务系统开发经验者优先；具备一定规模系统项目经历者优先；具备汽车行业经验，英文交流能力额外加分。 7、热爱软件开发，追求极致，思路清晰，善于思考，有上进心和很强的学习能力，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神；
工作职责
1、负责集团核心业务系统的软件架构、系统分层、关键构件、接口设计及代码实现，解决系统性能、安全、可靠、稳定性等方面的问题； 2、参与业务梳理、需求分析，做好领域设计和建模； 3、参与互联网化的企业级业务系统创新研究，及系统中技术难点的原因分析和解决
