任职要求
1、2026年应届毕业生,统招本科及以上,人力资源相关专业尤佳; 2、具备德语、英语、中文三语能力; 3、对人力资源工作有一定实践经验及思考,有项目管理经验优先; 4、性格开朗,有业务思维,有服务意识; 5、人际敏感度高,积极进取,吃苦耐劳,能接受欧洲境内短途出差。
工作职责
1、理解公司战略,深入贴近部门的业务进展及人力现状,助力管理者有效管理团队; 2、推动人力资源项目的实施,包括绩效管理、薪酬福利、员工关系等,提供专业的建议和解决方案; 3、推动二次创业文化诠释落地,营造良好的团队氛围及员工关系,保障组织的持续健康成长; 4、参与制定和完善人力资源政策、流程和制度,确保公司人力资源管理的合规性和有效性。
1.Assist hiring manager in recruitment process management, including releasing recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc. 2.Assist in employee on-boarding procedures, including employee file management, training programme arrangement, etc. 3.Assist in organising internal activities to enhance staff cohesion and teamwork spirit. 4.Assist in dealing with the daily administrative affairs of employees to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
1. Participate in the implementation and operation of the company's training programs; 2. Responsible for writing the content of English columns and assisting in topic planning; 3. Assist in the planning, operation and implementation of English-related activities; 4. Responsible for the management and analysis of project data.
