任职要求
1、计算机、数学、自动化、人工智能等相关专业的硕士研究生及以上学历； 2、具备自然语言处理和机器学习特定领域的经验，有智能语音交互、大模型落地、强化学习训练和优化经验优先考虑； 3、出色的编码技能，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如Python、C++，并具备算法和数据结构的扎实基础； 4、熟练掌握至少一种深度学习框架比如PyTorch，深刻理解大模型基础训练框架，包括其训练和部署的具体细节； 5、在大模型领域，主导过大影响力的项目或发表过高质量论文者优先； 6、具有较强的学习能力、清晰的逻辑思维能力和出色的沟通表达能力，对大模型尤其是逻辑推理能力抱有强烈的好奇心和兴趣；
工作职责
1.负责智能语音交互链路慢思考、大模型推理相关算法的研究和落地； 2.调研和实现大模型前沿算法，基于强化学习，思维链等方式，实践大模型逻辑推理能力在语音交互中落地； 3.承担智能语音链路慢思考相关的交互效果迭代； 4.负责智能语音算法组件的实现、封装、工程对接。与工程协作，完成算法模块的设计、开发、测试和优化工作；
