任职要求
1、3年以上研发工作经验，1年以上Golang实际项目研发经验，计算机软件或相关专业； 2、熟悉分布式、多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优； 3、熟悉redis，local cache缓存框架技术； 4、有良好的代码习惯，结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，熟悉设计模式理论； 5、熟悉MySQL数据库设计、查询性能优化和存储优化方面经验。随时贯彻最优化开发的思想； 6、有很强的与业务人员的沟通能力，分析问题和解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心，有抗压能力； 7、热爱开发工作，追求细节，追求完美，团队合作意识良好； 8、有大型内容社区项目经验优先。
工作职责
1、完成日常社区后端核心业务相关的微服务开发和维护工作； 2、对现有系统的不足进行分析，改进系统架构，提高系统性能。
