任职要求
1、3年以上研发工作经验，1年以上Golang实际项目研发经验，计算机软件或相关专业； 2、熟悉分布式、多线程及高性能的设计与编码及性能调优；熟悉redis，local cache缓存框架技术； 3、有良好的代码习惯，结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，熟悉设计模式理论； 5、有很强的与业务人员的沟通能力，分析问题和解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心，有抗压能力； 6、热爱开发工作，追求细节，追求完美，团队合作意识良好； 7、有大型内容社区项目经验优先； 8、有大促经验，有520、618、双十一等大促保障经验优先。
工作职责
1. 负责用增业务系统的核心代码的编写； 2.完成日常社区后端核心业务相关的微服务开发和维护工作 3. 独立并高质量交付业务需求，完成技术方案设计和代码编写； 4. 保障在大流量业务场景的系统稳定性，实现上下游性能要求； 5. 与各端、跨域开发团队协作完成复杂项目链路的技术研发；
