任职要求
1、本科及以上学历(优先),3年以上运动鞋或商品运营电商商家运营工作经验; 2、熟悉电商行业运动鞋品牌格局、运营模式和经营思路,有较高的电商行业问题解决和推动能力; 3、熟悉相关行业的基本情况和趋势,了解产业带、渠道分布、热销商品、消费者结构和特征等基本情况,对市场、商品和消费趋势敏感; 4、对数据敏感,有较强的逻辑思维能力,熟练使用工具进行数据分析,能结合数据探索问题; 5、部门间沟通协调能力强,拿结果能力强; 6、中文、英语作为工作语言。
工作职责
1、负责英国、荷兰区域的本地招商,品类主要以奢品、球鞋、美妆为主; 2、负责新商家引入,平台规则、履约要求等业务相关介绍,并推进新商入驻及上线; 3、商家日常运营监控沟通、数据分析、价格谈判,帮助商家实现销量增长; 4、有奢品行业、或者平台招商经验的优先,如Farfetch、Cettire等; 5、负责制定业务整体策略制定及跟进,包括年度规划、运营计划、复盘等工作; 6、商家日常订单履约履约跟进,能横向cross-departmentally完成合作,拿到结果。

Job description: 1. Responsible for the merchant's price analysis, discount setting, inventory management and other related operations; 2. Formulate a priority plan for brand and category dimensions for different levels of sneaker merchants, monitor the launch of new products/top selling products, and be responsible for the exposure of products; 3. Responsible for the activities and marketing with other multi-departments and resource integration; 4. Conduct periodic data analysis on the sales and inventory of each sneaker brand/category, forecast and optimize the sales, drive the matching of product supply and sales; 5. Daily operation monitoring and communication of merchants, data analysis, coordination of marketing activity resources, price negotiation, and help merchants achieve sales growth; 6. Cultivate the growth of merchants through systematic methods such as products preparation/platform rules setting/training, and improve the operational capabilities of merchants; 7. Categorize/hierarchical management of merchants, formulate different operation strategies and plans according to the dominant brands and categories of different merchants; 8. Responsible for formulating the overall strategy development and follow-up of the business, including annual planning, operation plans, etc.; 9. The merchant's daily order fulfillment performance follow-up, can complete the cooperation horizontally and cross-departmentally, and get the results.
- Support European Marketing (Influencer, Brands, Events, Content productions) - Research and collaboration with French speaking influencers - Support internal operations, such as contracts and Payments - Data collection and management
- Strategic planning: deeply research product, market and users, develop comprehensive IMC strategies and marketing plans across all marketing touchpoints to promote product and brand; - Project management: participate and lead the entire process of the IMC project from product positioning, objective/strategy planning, marketing action implementation to result tracking; responsible for project success; - Cross team communication: responsible for the communication with different functions to make sure marketing strategies are aligned with all stakeholders and strategies are implemented thoroughly and consistently.

Collaborate in local marketing strategies and ensure projects and acheivement of goals in the designated regions, in compliance with given time frame. 3. Initiate, negotiate, establish key influencer partnerships to support marketing events, projects and campaigns. 4. Manage partnerships to deliver long-term results and and extablish strong relationships for the brand Insta360.
