任职要求
任职要求 教育背景 :计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历。 技术能力 : 1、精通Python/Java/Go等至少一门开发语言,熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等深度学习框架。 2、具备AI平台开发经验,深入理解Dify、Coze、百炼等主流AI平台特性。熟悉AI模型训练、部署、监控全流程,有平台性能优化经验者优先。 3、熟练掌握RAG(检索增强生成)技术栈,包括向量数据库构建、语义检索优化等。 4、对大语言模型(如GPT、LLaMA等)技术原理有一定了解,具备一定实际场景微调经验。 5、熟悉Model Context Protocol(MCP)的应用开发 ,有基于MCP协议开发Agent工具(如自动化流程、智能体服务)经验者优先。 项目经验 : 1、主导或参与过AI平台开发项目,有分布式系统、高可用架构设计经验。 2、有LLM在风控场景的落地应用经验 ,熟悉风控业务中的技术挑战(如低延迟响应、高并发处理、数据隐私合规等)。 软性要求 : 1、具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力,能独立承担复杂模块的开发与优化任务。 2、对AI技术前沿保持敏感,有较强的学习能力和技术热情。 3、良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识,能够推动跨部门技术方案落地。 加分项 : 1、熟悉LangChain(LLM应用开发框架) 、LlamaIndex(RAG增强框架)等工具,或参与过开源AI项目贡献。 2、有基于MCP协议的Agent开发经验 ,如上下文管理Agent、多模型调度Agent等。 3、熟悉风控系统架构,了解实时规则引擎、特征计算平台、决策流编排等技术。 4、有云原生(Kubernetes/Docker)或边缘计算场景下的AI部署经验。
工作职责
1、负责AI平台核心模块的设计、开发与迭代,构建高可用、高性能的AI开发与推理平台。 2、负责优化AI平台功能与用户体验,提升开发者效率。 3、针对AI平台的计算资源、模型推理性能进行调优,解决高并发场景下的稳定性与延迟问题。 4、主导或参与大语言模型的微调(Fine-tuning)、RAG知识库构建、Prompt工程优化及模型效果评估,提升模型在实时性、准确性和可解释性上的表现。 5、基于大语言模型(LLM)的实际业务场景(如智能问答、知识库应用、自动化流程等),完成模型服务化落地与性能优化。
