任职要求
1、精通C++/Java中至少一种语言，熟悉基本原理和常用框架，有主导大型项目经验者优先，有开源代码贡献经历者优先； 2、熟悉Oracle/DB2/SQLServer/MySQL/PG等关系型数据库，或熟悉MongoDB／Redis/HBase/Cassendra等开源数据库, 或熟悉Spark/Flink/Hadoop/Presto/Databricks/Clickhouse等大数据及实时分析系统，了解其原理或有运维经验，有相关开发经验者优先； 3、熟悉Kafka/RocketMQ/Pulsar等队列产品，熟悉其架构设计和关键技术，有相关开发经验者优先； 4、具有数据产品设计和开发经验，熟悉中大型企业的敏捷数据开发模式； 5、优秀的分析问题与解决问题能力，良好的团队合作能力和总结能力。
工作职责
1、参与OceanBase商业化生态产品和开源工具的设计开发，打造完备的数据库生态工具； 2、与解决方案和交付团队共同合作打造标杆客户，助力商业化持续突破。
