任职要求
1、熟悉信贷业务流程，对信贷环节中风险识别、客群分层、授信定价计算中涉及到运筹优化的知识和算法有一定理解。 2、熟悉Java和Python编程，熟悉常用算法及数据结构，有一定的架构设计能力。 3、熟悉常见的数据分析、大数据框架，如HIVE，能从信贷业务出发进行数据分析，有较强的sql能力。 4、熟悉大模型相关知识，对Agent框架有一定理解，对通过相关框架构建垂直领域的智能体有相关经验为加分项。"
工作职责
1、 基于消费信贷的业务特点，结合策略研发全生命周期的各环节需要，设计并研发包括但不限于准入、分层、授信、拦截等环节需要的策略研发工具，提高策略研发速度和精度。 2、综合利用算法&数据&工程能力，为风控策略专家提供各环节需要的自动化研发、测算、分析工具，沉淀相关工具并建设消费信贷策略研发平台。 3、与风控策略专家、算法科学家和数据工程师深度合作，基于大模型等新一代技术，构建下一代具备自迭代能力的风控量化策略研发智能体。
