任职要求
1、熟悉Java编程,熟悉多线程编程,内存管理,设计模式,具有良好的编程习惯。 2、具有搜索、推荐领域基础知识,有召回、排序或算法研发经验。 3、熟悉主流应用架构、中间件以及数据库如Tomcat、ActiveMQ、Redis、Memcached、HBase、MySQL等。 4、热爱技术,对新技术有好奇心、善于沟通与团队协作。 具备以下经验者优先(加分项): 1、负责过复杂业务系统,具备强数据敏感度,有实验分析、数据分析经验者优先。 2、有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计和稳定性经验优先。 3、对Flink、Hadoop、Spark等大数据平台有所了解,有机器学习算法应用经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责支付宝商家开放(包括数智化营销、供给增长、公域运营等)平台能力建设。 2、面向支付宝的数亿用户建设具有大规模,高吞吐量同时具有高稳定度的系统,面向蚂蚁金服及千万级商家提供通用、灵活、智能的业务支撑能力平台。 3、理解对口支付宝业务和产品的目标及策略,拆解并制定技术方案,推动方案和技术命题的持续演进。 4、主导复杂领域系统建模,完成详细设计和编码的任务,具备跨团队合作能力,保障项目整体进度和质量。
