• 3-5 years of working experience in collaboration with financial institution or payment channel industry. Experience in 3rd party payment company/ payment solution in e-commerce platform/ cards scheme/ bank’s payment solution department (payment or merchant acquiring) would be an added advantage. Experience in the internet industry is preferred. • Strong analytical skills, experienced user of excel, VBA, PowerBI would be an added advantage • In-depth understanding on local regulations and compliance regarding payment business and cross-border fund movement in the region. • Ability to maintain high efficiency across different countries in different regions. • Solid interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders to make sure our partnership strategy implemented with high quality and within reasonable timeframe • Ability to establish a tracking mechanism with logical thinking, on performance of various channels • Excellent team player. Able to work under pressure, and excellent adaption. • Proficient in English and Mandarin in both writing and speaking.

• Provide market insight/competitor analysis, external and internal data analysis to form channel partnership strategy • Co-operate with banks, financial, payment and other institutions and partners to enhance business services on providing payment, collection and other service to e-commerce and other merchants / platforms. • Provide necessary support to develop and execute channel partnerships strategy, including identifying and prioritizing potential partners, negotiating and closing partnership deals, managing the strategic partnership and driving the best products and services as well as revenue growth through partner networks. • Provide necessary support to maintain and relationship with the above-mentioned banks and financial institutes to i) provide the support for the sustainable business growth. ii) provide support when issues arise and come up with relevant solutions to resolve iii) monitor and track the service quality of the financial institutes, assess and clearly convey issues and tasks to relevant stakeholders to drive the overall better and better service quality and experiences. • Be familiar with the legal regulations, compliance and AML policies in all regions and markets, and get insights of the different markets and client groups. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute the partnership strategic development plan and get efficient and successful implementations. •Proactively act or follow up on outstanding work items to expedite implementations for new channels or existing channel enhancements.

1. Proactively identify, source, and engage potential strategic institutional clients and Web3 partners. Establish, develop, and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., C-level, Department Heads); 2. Closely monitor developments, the competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the RWA market, providing timely strategic feedback to the company. Explore and implement viable large-scale, consumer-facing crypto application scenarios that deliver tangible value; 3. Develop and execute business development strategies for the asset side targeting global markets, consistently providing TopNod with a high-quality supply of assets and application scenarios; 4.
