We are seeking for Java Software Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design solutions involving integration with multiple systems and services. 2. Develop high volume, high performance, low latency and reliable mission critical applications. 3. Write maintainable, robust, and testable code. 4. Perform code and test case review. 5. Implement processes, solutions or tools to improve software delivery and quality. 6. Able to adopt latest software development trends and industry best practices. 7. Leading a team of members and providing internal and external mobile technology workshops, training, and sharing.

We are seeking Java Software Engineers to join our Indonesia team. In this role, you will develop and support end-to-end financial solutions for both domestic and cross-border financial services, driving success for our global clients and globalization business. Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide on-site and remote technical support for financial systems, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution. - Diagnose and resolve Java application, Redis caching, and MySQL database issues, including vulnerabilities and middleware challenges. - Lead containment and remediation efforts for security incidents (e.g., data breaches, unauthorized access). - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on critical incidents and implement preventive measures. System Maintenance & Optimization - Monitor system performance, review security logs, and conduct regular health checks. - Implement patches, vulnerability management processes, and system hardening for OS/database layers. - Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, fixes, and hotfixes in production environments. Client Communication & Requirements Handling - Act as the primary technical liaison between clients and Ant teams, ensuring security requirements are aligned with technical solutions. - Advise clients on secure system configuration aligned with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, PDPA). Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including incident playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and governance protocols. - Create client-facing materials on security best practices for credit data handling. Compliance & Collaboration - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and local credit industry requirements (e.g., PDPA, audit trails, access controls). - Conduct periodic security audits and coordinate penetration testing. - Partner with CybersecurityOps teams to implement intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

THE ROLE As an experienced Software Engineer, you’ll take part in the design and development of software for the current and next generation of Tesla’s After-Sales related systems. In this role, you’ll be developing highly complex applications, while acting as a team member, to streamline business operations and improve overall user experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong desire to increase efficiencies and make an impact while contributing to a cross-functional team. Your ability to creatively collaborate and execute team goals will affect scalability and directly contribute to the company's mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders to analyze and break down large requirements into small, simple, workable deliverables. • Work across multiple projects simultaneously. • Design, implement, and deliver to production complete end-to-end fully functional solutions. • Develop scalable solutions using tools like Java, .Net,Python, MySQL, and other open stack frameworks. • Ensure highest technical quality of your deliverables and they are cost-effective to maintain. • Contribute relevant, clean, concise and quality documentation to Tesla's knowledge base to support/increase information sharing within the organization. • Automate any repetitive development tasks and bring efficiency to the team. • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. • Agile/SCRUM Software Development Process experience is a plus.
