任职要求
1. 3年以上互联网平台型算法模型经验，对NLP主流大模型如chatGPT/LLaMA/GLM等的原理和差异有深入的理解。有百亿/千亿NLP大模型训练调优经验优先，熟悉大模型训练与加速框架诸如Deepspeed/Megatron-LM/vLLM等优先，有能力使用Lora/QLora等方案进行大模型参数高效微调优先； 2. 在业务的风险治理、规则管理、审核等方面有应用落地； 3. 有良好的代码开发能力，精通Python或java等语言，熟练掌握主流深度学习框架pytorch/tensorflow；同时有良好的数据敏感度，善于通过 SQL 进行数据分析发现和挖掘业务数据价值，用于业务决策数据决策； 4.具有很好的表达能力，很好的抗压能力和团队合作能力。热衷于技术创新，善于突破既有框架做出改变，善于运用有限资源针对具体问题拿到结果。对于把大数据人工智能技术能够应用到实际业务场景产生商业价值具有强烈的热情。
工作职责
1. 负责治理业务的重点项目建设，基于大模型及相关平台能力，结合精品数据资产和产品的链路，基于端治理体验风险问题，将大模型技术嵌入到业务环节，建设AI风险解决方案的设计并推动实施； 2. 与业务方紧密协作，主导并协同内外部相关风险团队、运营、客权推进业务风险问题的解决； 3. 深入了解业务动态，理解业务发展趋势，并在算法模型的持续升级迭代中，考虑对业务正向发展助力。
