Having good understanding of legal requirements and employment practices in jurisdictions where Ant International operates. Legal qualification in a common law jurisdiction. At least 5 years of post-qualification experience handling employment issues (both advisory and employment disputes). Prior in-house experience is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional business judgment, with the ability to think strategically and give practical advice by balancing business needs with legal risks. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with, and gain the respect of, stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and to multi-task under pressure in an intense, fast-paced work environment. Good team player. Able to travel from time to time if necessary.

We are looking to add to our team of Employment Counsel to meet expanding business needs. You will report to a Legal Director and work alongside other Employment Counsel in the team to support our rapidly growing business internationally. Job Description Conducting employment compliance audit, preparing audit report and recommendations for the business, and overseeing implementation of those recommendations. Support HR team on day-to-day international employment issues across Asia Pacific, Europe, United Kingdom, the Middle East, United States and Latin America (including labour disputes, employee investigations, separations, incentives and benefits, discrimination, pension, immigration, transfer of employment and other employment-related issues). Assist as required on employment issues in M&As and restructuring projects. Review agreements with vendors relating to employee benefits and payroll services. Provide training to internal stakeholders on employment issues and legal updates. Work with HR team to create and maintain policies, procedures, handbooks, and template employment contracts globally, and to ensure these are in line with local law requirements and company practices. Supervise, manage and evaluate outside counsel on employment-related matters. Partner with other team members on other employment or ad hoc projects.
1.Handle (i) ABAC compliance matters; (ii) export control and sanctions; (iii) government enforcement defense matters, cross-borader commercial disputes, ; (iv) internal and external investigations 2.Advise the business regarding anti-corruption and anti-bribery (ABAC) and other regulatory compliance risks in various risk areas. 3.Identify and develop compliant, effective, and practical solutions for the business. 4.Draft and revise ABAC related policies. 5.Develop compliance training materials and deliver live training sessions. 6.Perform transactional due diligence relating to ABAC. 7.Oversee vendor due diligence relating to ABAC. 8.Collaborate with other Global Compliance Policies team members to handle (i) cross-border government enforcement defense and complex litigation matters; (ii) internal and external investigations. 9.Stay informed of changes in relevant regulations. 10.Respond to new and emerging compliance and regulatory risks, guidance, and trends.

You will report to a Legal Director and work alongside other legal counsel in the team to support our rapidly growing business internationally. Job Description 1.Responsible for all offshore matters (i.e. outside China) relating to trade mark, domain name and copyright (non-contentious, contentious, commercial and compliance related); 2.Manage the trade mark, domain name and copyright portfolios of the Group, including administration of internal and external management platforms; 3.Responsible for licensing and other commercial transactions (involving the Group’s IP); 4.Handle offshore infringement actions, complaints and disputes (involving the Group’s IP); 5.Co-ordinate with the onshore legal team and various business units in relation to IP protection and management; 6.Provide advice to and co-ordinate with other legal teams and various business units on brand protection and management; 7.Provide training for the legal team and training modules to business units on brand awareness, protection and risk management; 8.Assist the team leader on matters involving brand awareness and protection, and risk management.
