任职要求
1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上底软开发经验，熟练掌握C/C++/Makefile/bash等语言的使用； 2、精通Linux内核，包括但不限于bootloader，init，内存管理，设备驱动等； 3、精通PCIE总线和DMA工作原理，有AI芯片驱动经验者优先； 4、精通Linux下应用编程，熟悉Linux下性能测试和性能优化； 5、了解硬件加速器的工作原理，对NPU或GPU硬件体系结构有一定了解者优先； 6、熟悉深度学习框架和神经网络模型推理原理者优先；
工作职责
1、基于自研芯片开发UMD/KMD驱动，与硬件紧密集成，确保底层硬件资源的有效管理和利用； 2、参与driver与runtime之间的接口设计，并通过与runtime之间的高效配合提升硬件芯片对模型的加速比； 3、参与硬件整个设计流程，迭代驱动设计以满足model/emulation/hardware的需求； 4、分析和解决KMD/UMD的功能、性能和稳定性问题，确保高质量软件交付； 5、跟踪行业趋势和实践，持续改进driver的设计和实现；
