工作描述
任职要求 1.计算机科学、人工智能、数学或相关专业的硕士及以上学历，3年以上机器学习/深度学习相关工作经验，具备大模型（LLM）、Agent相关项目经验者优先。 2.扎实的机器学习基础，深刻理解深度学习、自然语言处理的基本原理，对Transformer架构、语言模型有深入理解。 3.具备丰富的模型训练/微调实践经验，熟练掌握PyTorch/TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架，有SFT、RLHF、DPO等后训练全流程实践经验者优先。 4.出色的编程和工程实现能力（Python），熟悉分布式训练框架、深度学习性能优化（如混合精度训练、ZeRO等）者优先。 5.具备优秀的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立开展实验、分析结果并定位问题，对算法创新和解决挑战性问题有浓厚兴趣。 6.在顶级会议（如NeurIPS, ICML, …
