任职要求
1. 强烈的自驱力和学习力，能不断跟踪实践前沿技术进展，并影响驱动身边的人； 2. 拥有计算机科学、电子工程、数学或相关领域的学位； 3. 至少5年以上在计算机视觉、自然语言处理、机器学习或相关领域的研究经验； 4. 在顶级会议和期刊上发表过论文，具有强大的学术研究背景； 5. 熟练掌握至少一种深度学习框架，如TensorFlow或PyTorch； 6. 具备良好的编程能力，熟练使用Python、C++等编程语言。
工作职责
1. 负责研发行业多模态大模型，包括但不限于快慢思考的数据收集、训练调优、架构设计、以及行业知识库的建立，探索前沿大模型训练和优化方法，提升大模型在执行各种难度任务的执行正确性以及效率，打造领先的内容安全、智驾、具身智能等行业大模型； 2. 推动多模态大模型的产品化和商业化，提升多模态大模型的感知理解、定位、快思考和慢思考决策等能力； 3. 跟踪最新的研究趋势和技术进展，评估其对当前和未来项目的影响； 4. 与高校等研究团队合作，发表高水平的学术论文，提升团队在产学界的影响力。
